At GLO, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an exchange or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all GLO tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
